Thirsty Lion

Thirsty Lion is a modern gastropub that features an eclectic variety of multicultural cuisines with an emphasis on scratch recipes, craft cocktails and local draft beers. In 2018, the restaurant made the FSR Top 50 emerging restaurant brands in the United States. Today, Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill continues to be an ever evolving and multi-cultural concept that appeals to the mass consumer. The brand is rolling out in lifestyle and regional centers across the United States.

The emerging regional gastropub based in Portland, Oregon opened its first Lone Star State location in the Dallas / Fort Worth market in 2018, with 8 additional locations to be completed by 2019. We continue to develop an experience for customers through dynamic designs that encompass the brand’s image and unifies the space in a more streamlined manner.

Sargenti worked closely with the development team and ownership to create a unique look to each location, while keeping the operational functions of the restaurant intact. Together, we developed new innovative designs and layouts that continue to attract customers to the restaurant.
