Philz Coffee

Born in 1978, in the Mission District of San Francisco, the popularity of Philz Coffee has given opportunity to expand beyond the Bay Area.

To manage the growth of their brand, Sargenti has partnered with Philz development partner, LOC Associates, to provide architectural services for their newest Chicago location. Sargenti will continue to help Philz as their architect of record as they expand in new and existing markets.
