Chompie’s

Since 1979, the Borenstein family has been brought metro Phoenix diners a taste of the Big Apple at their chain of New York-inspired restaurants and delis called Chompie’s. Now the family-owned business has expanded to a new location. 

Completed November 2021, while still preserving family history and authenticity of the original Chompie’s, Sargenti’s Design team completely redesigned and revamped the brand. The new concept features a market, bakery, coffee bar, and full-service restaurant. The New York based bagel shop is 10,000 SF.
