The company supports health in all its forms starting with healthy ingredients that make their guests feel good. They are committed to making food accessible and inexpensive, serving ten foods under $10. With their reusable bowl program, customers help save over 75,000 pounds of plastic each year. Just Salad is dedicated in becoming the gold standard of sustainability in the restaurant space and beyond.

 

As the company continues to expand into the suburban market, Just Salad partnered with Sargenti’s design team to renovate and modernize their brand initiatives. The goal was to create an appealing and sophisticated space that ensures a lively and comfortable place to dine and spend time with family and friends.

 

We focused on defining Just Salad’s brand characteristics throughout the restaurant that would curate a strong sense of community with a more elevated look. Architectural and design elements are featured throughout the space including muted combination of grays and neutral hues, vibrant shades of blue, and ambient lighting illuminating throughout the restaurant. With the use of natural materials, noteworthy architectural backspace and an eclectic choice of furniture, the space delivers an aesthetically pleasing casual vibe.
