PF Chang’s To Go
Timing is everything. P.F. Chang’s To-Go was in development far before Covid19. While serving their full-service menu, this fast-casual restaurant caters to delivery service partners and an urban consumer.
Following fast-casual trends, PFC executives had the foresight to develop a concept for the time struggled and digitally enabled consumer. With the first opening in summer 2020, the concept met a need as the restaurant industry struggled to pivot in this challenging time. Based on our experience in restaurant development & heritage in rapid-retail, Sargenti was selected to develop the PFC To-Go prototype, value engineer the design and roll it out in major US markets.
